Notaries cannot advise as to what forms to use, because that is considered giving legal advice and Notaries cannot advise, counsel, help, d irect, instruct, enlighten, recommend, suggest, hint, or give opinions or views. It is best practice to ask the person, company, or lawyer which form is needed. Once the form is selected then I can schedule an appointment to complete your notarization. Rember to always bring a valid form of identification.

Copy and paste my email address at the end of this section to send me an email through your email provider and attach your documents that need to be notarized. I will load the documents into Signix (my preferred platform) I will prep the forms and then confirm a "virtual appointment" with you. Once you log in, you will be asked to answer some knowledge-based questions to verify your identity and procure payment for services.
