A.) Home Office Appointments
Home office option, you will receive a text/call confirming your appointment and providing you with my home office address. The fee for this appointment is $20 per appointment and includes one notarization. Additional notarizations are $5 each, and each oath/affirmation is $5. Additional signers/witnesses are $10 each. The documents can include verifications, birth certificate applications, Motor Vehicle Titles, DMV Bill of Sale, POA, Affidavits, Authorizations, Assignments, and more.
B.) Mobile Notary Appointments
Mobile Notary Services are based on mileage and type of document. The Mobile Notary Appointment fee is $50 (for 0-10 miles) and includes 1 (one) notarization. Each mile thereafter will be $.53 per mile. Additional notarizations are $5 each. Additional signers/witnesses are $10 each. Weekend Service Fee - $75. Holiday Service Fee - $100. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking your appointment. The balance will be required at the time of service. The documents can include verifications, birth certificate applications, Motor Vehicle Titles, DMV Bill of Sale, POA, Affidavits, Authorizations, Assignments, and more.
C.) Remote Online Notary (eNotary)
Remote Online Notarizations are when both the Notary and the client are online via computer, laptop, tablet, or phone with each other. The appointment fee is $50 plus a fee of $25, per document per notarization to set up. There will be a Verification Fee of $10 per person. Once I receive the document(s), then upload and prep documents for signing on the RON platform, SIGNiX. Then I will set up a Zoom session to have the document(s) electronically signed.

MORTGAGE & LOAN SIGNING DOCUMENTS
Congratulations on buying a new home! You may have received a package of documents from your title company that require the assistance of an experienced notary, or your documents may have been sent to me, your experienced notary to print for you. In any case, this appointment typically lasts about an hour and can be completed at your home or another preferred location. Print/Scan Backs - $20 additional cost.
2.) Seller's Package $150.
Congratulations on selling your property! You may have received a package of documents from your title company that require the assistance of an experienced notary, or your documents may have been sent to me, your experienced notary to print for you. This appointment also typically lasts about one hour and can be completed at your home or another preferred location. Print/Scan Backs - $20 additional cost.
3.) Home Equity Line Of Credit (HELOC) $75.
SERVICES
A home equity line of credit, also known as a HELOC, is a line of credit secured by your Lender that gives you a revolving credit line to use for large expenses or to consolidate higher-interest rate debt on other loans. This type of appointment usually lasts about 30 minutes and can be completed at your home or another preferred location. Print/Scan Backs - $20 additional cost.
4.) Refinance Loan $150.
Refinancing is when you replace an existing loan with a new loan. Refinancing allows a homeowner to get a more favorable interest rate, repay the funds over a different length of time or withdraw or add to the equity of their home. This type of appointment usually lasts about 30 minutes and can be completed at your home or another preferred location. Print/Scan Backs - $20 additional cost.
5.) Loan Modification $75.
A loan modification means changing your mortgage in one or more ways; extending the length of your loan, lowering the interest rate or changing the type of loan, or changing your mortgage from an adjustable rate to a fixed-rate loan. (example: HHF, PRA FHA, VA or Fannie Mae) Changes can happen due to a loss of a job, death, disability, or illness that affects ones ability to work. This type of appointment usually lasts about 30 minutes and can be completed at your home or another preferred location. Print/Scan Backs - $20 additional cost.
6.) Reverse Mortgage $225.
A homeowner must be 62 years or older and has considerable equity in their home. The homeowner can then borrow against the value of the home and receive a lump sum, a fixed monthly payment, or a line of credit. This debt is collectible at death or when the house is sold. This type of appointment usually lasts about 1.5 hours and can be completed at your home or another preferred location. Print/Scan Backs - $20 additional cost.
